不创作时不断修行与精进，
创作时只求心神合一，
将对佛的慈悲与智慧的理解融入笔触。
For Thangka artists,
painting is a form of spiritual practice.
Through years of discipline and devotion,
compassion and wisdom are expressed in every brushstroke.
日行功课
Daily Devotion
画师晨起，更衣净手，
佛堂供水、诵经、待心静下来，方才执笔。
从晨光熹微，到深夜灯下，
一呼一吸间、一笔一画里，皆为修行。
Each day begins with ritual cleansing,
offerings, and scripture recitation.
Only after the mind is
calm does the artist take up the brush.
磨金时
Grinding Gold
磨金当日，画院门口将燃起松枝，煨桑祈福。
为了避免纯金氧化失去光泽，
研磨师的手心不能有汗，
不洗手、不进食，全程专注研磨。
On the day gold is prepared,
blessings are offered with burning pine branches.
The artisan works with complete focus,
carefully grinding pure gold to preserve its brilliance.
加持
Consecration
一幅唐卡完成后，还需经过最后一道仪轨。
恭请上师开光，诵经加持。
至此，唐卡不再是一件作品，更成为一份连接--
连接画师的虔诚与上师的加持，
也连接每一位结缘者的心中所愿与信念。
Once completed, a Thangka is blessed by
a spiritual master through prayer and ritual.
It becomes more than a painting-
a vessel of faith, devotion, and blessing.
